Schedule: 10-hour shift, day shift is Monday to Friday and night shift is occasional and offers overtime. Weekend availability is also required.

Job Description

Clearwater is one of the UK's leading waste management companies. We partner with industrial companies and environmental agencies to transport and process waste. We are looking for a Class 1 HGV driver who has the flexibility to learn tanker operations as well as industrial services vehicle operations, including;

  • Disab
  • Rolba
  • Jet vacs

There are no specific academic requirements for this role, and where necessary, training will be supplied. Clearwater will ensure the successful applicant has the skills and knowledge to operate equipment or to adhere to safety protocols dictated by some vehicles and work-site policies.

Protective clothing and outerwear will be supplied.

Requirements

Experience: Driving a Goods Vehicle for at least 1 year and preferably driving a heavy goods vehicle.

Licence / Certification: Reference ID: driver 1, clean licence if possible. Maximum 6 points on licence.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Drainage Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and safety of drain and sewer systems throughout Scotland. Your primary duties will involve operating CCTV equipment for thorough inspections, identifying issues, and compiling detailed reports.



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CCTV Inspections of various drainage networks as part of a skilled team.
  • Manage both cleaning and CCTV work required for each project.
  • Utilise Wincan for defect coding and reporting.
  • Display strong customer focus skills and awareness in all interactions.
  • Multitask and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Complete and submit accurate reports daily.
  • Oversee the survey vehicle and ensure proper inspection, servicing, cleaning, and maintenance of camera equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in operating CCTV drainage equipment.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to various working environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
